The attorneys for the Weston couple accused of causing the death of their daughter are asking for a speedy trial.
Acccording to online court records, Dale and Leilani Neumann's lawyers filed the motions Tuesday morning.
Based on Wisconsin law, that means their trial has to be held within 90-days.
The Neumann's have pleaded not guilty to a charge of reckless homicide.
Police say their daughter, 11-year-old Kara, died in March from complications with diabetes.
Prosecutors say the Neumann's should have seen she was ill and gotten her treatment.
Instead they prayed for her.
The Neumann's contend the charge is a violation of their constitutional rights.
A gag order has been issued in the case, forbidding those invoved from commenting.
