When the WWII veterans returned from their Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. they were given a huge welcome home.
The Central Wisconsin Airport in Mosinee was filled with family, friends and admirers.
They waved flags, cheered, saluted and said thank you in many different ways as the band played.
The Never Forgotten Honor Flight is the local branch of the nationwide program that raises money to send veterans to the nation's capital to see the memorials dedicated to them.
