It's Monday and time to focus on your health. This week, we hit the gym to learn about using some of the different machines you find at the gym.
Jon Swenson, a personal trainer with Franck's Gym and New Found Power, focus on a leg curl machine as well as one you can use to do pull ups. You can learn more by watching the video above.
