Free Informative Memory Loss Program Held Thursday in Wausau

The Alzheimer’s Association of Greater Wisconsin will present a free program on memory-related conditions February 23 from 1-2 p.m. The program will be in the lower level conference room of the Aspirus Clinics building located on the south end of the Aspirus Wausau Hospital Campus.

Andrea Randandt, outreach specialist with the Alzheimer’s Association, will provide information that will help participants understand the difference between normal age-related memory changes and more serious problems that should be evaluated by a medical professional. Other topics that will be covered include: Common causes of memory loss, Risk factors, and the Importance of an accurate diagnosis.
