Daylight Saving Time - Sleep Patterns

Bright and early Sunday morning you need to set your clocks one hour ahead.
For many, this means big changes in sleep patterns.
A Sleep Disorder Doctor says the adjustment can be just as hard on adults as it is on children.
There are ways to make sure you still get the proper amount of sleep.
"Your in a dark room, shades down, your inside and not exposed to natural light. That will give you a pretty good result," says James Cygan, M.D. of the Sleep Disorder Center at Aspirus Hospital.
Daylight saving can also affect your pet's schedule.
