Aspirus offering Free Grocery Store Tour at Trig’s in Wausau on April 25

WAUSAU, Wis. – Aspirus offers free monthly grocery stores with a registered dietician to help people learn important shopping and heart healthy nutrition information to help them adopt a healthier lifestyle.

The free tours are held at Trig’s grocery store in Wausau, and are led by certified diabetes educator Jennifer Mikulich, RD. The next tour is April 25 from 3:30-5 p.m.

Registration is required the grocery store tours and can be done by calling the Aspirus Information Center at 715.847.2380 or toll-free at 800.847.4707.
