MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- State health officials have confirmed that four people tested positive for the same bacterial strain that sickened four Minnesota children last week.

Those affected are an 18-year-old female and 20-year-old male from Milwaukee County, a 49-year-old female from Outagamie County and a 33-year-old female from Waukesha County.

The cases have been linked to tainted ground-beef patties produced in Wisconsin by Cargill Incorporated and sold at three Sam's Club stores in the Twin Cities area.

The meat was labeled American Chef's Selection Angus Beef Patties, item number 700141.
