A 22-year-woman is in critical condition after a single vehicle accident early Sunday morning northeast of Merrill.
According to the incident report, around 1 am someone reported a vehicle rolled over on County Rd C west of County Rd X in the Town of Schley.
The caller reported no one was around the vehicle but when a Deputy arrived on the scene he found the driver Kristie M. Poncek, of Saukville, had been ejected. Deputies do not know at what time the crash occurred but Poncek’s condition by the sub-zero temperatures were worsened.
Poncek was transported to a Wausau hospital.
The State Patrol will assist with the investigation.
