Weston Finds New Way for Residents to Connect

A new website is connecting neighbors in Weston.

The village announced that it has joined Nextdoor.com. The page allows residents to post announcements about upcoming community events such as rummage sales or block parties.

The website also gives them a chance to communicate any concerns directly with the village.

"More and more people are wanting to connect with their residents and with their fellow neighbors in this community online. This gives them a safe program that they can do that and also receive updates and information from the village through this platform." says Weston Village Administrator Daniel Guild.

Nextdoor.com is free for Weston residents to join. You must be able to verify proof of your address before joining the website.
