If you're looking for a nice, hot meal Thursday you're invited to the First Presbyterian Church in Wausau, located at 406 Grant St.
The church is hosting the Friends Thanksgiving Meal for the 43rd year. It begins at 1 p.m.
Volunteers will also deliver 375 meals to people who are home.
The church's youth group has been spearheading the event since its inception.
"They wanna make sure that people who otherwise would not have a nice Thanksgiving meal have the capacity to share a good meal on this day of Thanksgiving," said Pastor Stephen Hamilton Wright.
He says they expect to serve more than 100 people at the church.
When they first began they served ten turkeys, for Thursday's event they have 33.
