More than 1.5 million Wisconsin residents live in rental housing. With hundreds of rentals occurring annually, it is important to both tenants and landlords that rules ensure these transactions are conducted fairly.
On Wednesday, March 27, the University of Wisconsin- Marathon County will hold a seminar regarding changes to landlord-tenant laws. ACT-143- What it Means to You will be held from 6-8 p.m. The seminar costs is $19. Topics include security deposits, abandoned property, and what can be put into a lease.
