Republican Senate Candidate Mark Neumann is on record with some of the cuts he'd advocate if elected.

He's calling for 82 government programs to hit the chopping block.

They include: eliminating ethanol subsidies saving $60,000,000,000, a three-year freeze on pay, bonuses for federal employees and eliminating limousines owned by the Federal Government, saving $10,000,000.

Neumann delivered his ideas to Senator Herb Kohl and Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin's offices Wednesday. They are Democrats.
