Prosecutors have filed more criminal charges against a Stevens Point man after a second victim reportedly came forward.
Steven Tibbetts, 32, is charged with two counts of 2nd degree sexual assault after he was accused of drugging and raping a woman at his home on March 6.
Court records show Tibbetts was expected to learn if that case would head to trial Monday. However, the case has been pushed back to May 1 as a new charge has been filed.
In the newest case, a woman said she was raped by Tibbetts last summer. According to court documents the woman was initially reluctant to press charges. The woman told investigators she had been sleeping and woke up during the alleged assault.
Tibbetts is also charged with one count of bail jumping after he's accused of contacting a victim he was ordered to have no contact with.
Tibbetts is expected to appear in court on May 1 for all three criminal cases.
Tibbetts is free on bond.

A 32-year-old Stevens Point man is facing serious charges after he's accused of drugging and raping an 18-year-old woman.
Steven Tibbetts is charged with 2nd degree sexual assault of an unconscious victim and 2nd degree sexual assault using force.
During a bond hearing on March 7, the State requested Tibbetts' bond be set at $100,000 cash. However, Portage County Judge John Finn set bond at $5,000 cash, which Tibbetts has now posted.
According to court documents, on March 6, a deputy from the Portage County Sheriff's Department responded to St. Michael's Hospital for a possible sexual assault.
The woman said she had been at Tibbetts' home when he offered her a Monster energy drink. The woman told investigators the drink was served in a glass and was foamy, which seemed odd to her. According to court documents, she said she began to feel light-headed and sat down on a blanket on the floor in Tibbetts' bedroom. She's told investigators that's when Tibbetts began inappropriately touching her. She said she went outside to have a cigarette and when she came back inside she was weak and dizzy.
The alleged victim said she was sitting on the couch when Tibbetts began sexually assaulting her. According documents, the victim said she passed out and awoke without her pants or underwear and Tibbetts was on top of her.
According the criminal complaint, the alleged victim said after the incident, Tibbetts drove her to her sister's home and told her not to tell.
Investigators say Tibbetts' employee received text messages from Tibbetts saying
“Can you please take care of the cafe for me”
“I am going to jail”
“Please do a good job. Forgive me. Idk what is going on but I can't
I will give you anything you want I'm out of business with you.
Tibbetts was arrested a short time later.
According court documents, the alleged victim said she had known Steven Tibbetts for three days.
He'll return to court on April 14 to learn if the case will head to trial.
