When it's snowy outside, sometimes warming up inside is the way to go. Shopping at the Wausau Center Mall was a popular choice on Thursday among the young and old.
Deserae Landowski, a student at John Marshall Elementary School was shopping at the mall. "Because of the cold weather," she explained. "I don't like winter."
Leila Vanney of Ringle said "It's pretty yucky outside, and there's just nothing to do outside so I'd rather stay inside."
Many people mentioned they were also getting some last-minute holiday shopping done, too.
