The city of Thorp says people living there no longer need to continue running a pencil sized stream of water.

The information was distributed Tuesday and City Administrator, Randy Reeg, said the run water notice will end immediately.

He said water meters will be read the week of April 14th and bills distributed by ~April 25th. Bills will be for the full amount of water consumed during the quarter. However, a voucher will be included in the bill with which residents can claim their credit of 250 gallons for each week they ran the water.
