A Rhinelander doctor convicted of possessing child pornography is expected to find out how long he'll spend behind bar today.
Bruce Jacobson, 52, was arrested in December 2011 by Oneida County deputies on the allegations. His employer, Ministry Health Care issued a statement that Jacobson was off the job and would not be involved in patient care during the investigation. Jacobson resigned in 2012.
Online court records list the offense date as May 2011.
His original sentencing date of Dec. 20, 2012 was postponed due to weather.
He faces a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison.
