With the expense of college rising, many kids don't have an option out of it. Especially if reading books and attending classes aren't their thing.

Olson Tire has built a lasting reputation here in Central Wisconsin, and one of the ways they've done that is by investing in the community. Their apprenticeship programs through the Wisconsin Automotive and Truck Education Association has given students a valuable opportunity to pursue a career.

With hands on experience and on the job training, young professionals see dividends in their hard work on the path to finding a job.
