Police Search for Suspect in Weston Bank Robbery

The Everest Metro Police Department is continuing to search for the suspect in a morning robbery at the Intercity State Bank located at 2900 Schofield Avenue.

Police Chief Wally Sparks tells NewsChannel 7 they received a report of a hold-up alarm at the bank around 9:44 a.m. Police say a weapon was implied. The suspect left with an undermined amount of money.

Around 10 a.m., police set up a road block at Cutoff Road and Ross Avenue.

Police say no one was injured.
