Nokia Lumia 900 or HTC Titan II, Which is Better?

Updated: Thu 4:21 PM, Nov 08, 2012

You most likely remember Nokia for setting the bar among cellphones to start including changeable faceplates in 2003. Now, the company is back with a very popular smartphone.

Jim Greer from AT&T stopped by Sunrise 7 for Tech Tuesday to explain more about the Nokia Lumia 900 and the HTC Titan II.

Both phones operate using the Windows operating system, which Greer says is very user friendly. There are a couple of differences between the two phones. The Lumia 900 has a great antenna and does an awesome job of finding a signal while you are on the go. It also has an 8 mega pixel camera featuring the Carl Zeiss lens. The cost is hard to beat- it’s just $99 with a two-year contract.

Specifics
Nokia Lumia 900
Storage: 16 GB (13.61 GB Available)
Ram: 512 mb
Processor: 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon
OS: Windows Phone 7.5 Mango

We also had the chance to check out the HTC Titan II. Right off the bat, you’ll notice the superior image quality from the 16 megapixel camera. You have 18 scenes, smile detection, image stabilization, panorama and burst modes, 10 effects, and red eye reduction. It also has a Super LCD that lets bright colors look more natural. Right now, it’s a top seller on Amazon.com. Its 4.7’’ screen is great to watch music videos and movies on.

Specifics

Processor: 1.5 GHz Snapdragon

Going by just the phone’s camera, the HTC would have to win, but if you choose the Nokia you’re still getting a great phone.
