Sheriff: Mugshots of Bath Salts Incidents in Langlade Co.

The Langlade County Sheriff's Department has released 11 booking photos of those "charged with, or deemed to be under the influence of bath salts" at the time of their arrest.

Nathan Bailey DOB 8-14-1990
Open Criminal Cases in Langlade County:
Online court records show six misdemeanor cases. Numerous charges include possession of drug paraphernalia, bail jumping and theft.

Dawn Dieck DOB 5-4-1967
Open Criminal Cases in Langlade County:
In 2012, Dieck received a deferred judgment from a drug conviction and was sentenced to two years probation and 10 days jail.
Last month, Dieck was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping. She's in the Langlade County Jail on $1,000 cash bond and is expected to be formally charged August 23.

Heather Gardner DOB 11-20-1991
Open Criminal Cases in Langlade County:
Gardner has two open criminal case stemming from February. She's charged with resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of THC.

Alvin Temple DOB 7-1-1970
Criminal Cases in Langlade County:
On August 6, 2013, Temple reached a plea deal with prosecutors and was sentenced to one year probation. In May, 2013 he was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possessing an illegally obtained prescription and disorderly conduct.

Tara Bailey DOB 11-18-1973
Open Criminal Cases in Langlade County:
Bailey has four open cases, five of her charges include drug related offenses along with bail jumping, theft, and trespassing.

James Gibbs DOB 4-6-1979
Open Criminal Cases in Langlade County:
Gibbs has three open criminal cases including possession drug paraphernalia, 2nd degree reckless injury, battery and numerous bail jumping counts.

Laura Kelly DOB 10-20-1985
Kelly is expected to reach a plea deal during a hearing on August 21.
She's charged with Maintain Drug Trafficking Place, neglecting a child, possessing amphetamine/LSD/psilocin and possession of a drug paraphernalia.

Travis Koeppel DOB 7-19-1980
In October 2012, Koeppel was convicted of possession of cocaine, possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a deferred judgement sentencing on a charge of possession of narcotic drugs. He's was ordered to spend two years on probation and his sentence will be reviewed in October 2014.
He is now also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping. He'll return to court August 12.

Jerry Piper 8-31-1977
Open Criminal Cases in Langlade County:
Piper has three open criminal cases, none of which are related to drug use. His current charges include criminal damage to property, forgery and theft.

Crystal Ross 10-3-1993
On July 24, 2013 Ross reached a plea deal in five separate cases. She received a deferred judgment sentence and will spend two years on probation. She'll return to court in July 2015 to have her case reviewed. Previous charges include possessing hazardous substance with the intent to abuse hazardous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, bail jumping and criminal damage to property.

Lisa Perry DOB 3-12-1978
Open Criminal Cases in Langlade County:
Possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. She's behind bars on a $1,000 cash bond. According to online court records, she's expected to reach a deal with prosecutors during her next hearing in September.
