Police say one man is in custody following an early Saturday morning crash. The man's vehicle ended up inside a Weston home.

According to a Sergeant with the Everest Metro Police, 30-year-old Adam Dupleasis was arrested for OWI after driving his Jeep into a home on the corner of Ross Avenue and Birch Street in Weston.

It happened just after 12:15 Saturday morning. Police say Dupleasis was chasing another man in a vehicle when he lost control of his jeep, and smashed into the home on the corner of Ross Ave.

No one was hurt in the incident.

NewsChannel 7's Al Knox did speak with the home owner. He says before he could even call 911, there were already a half dozen officers on scene.

Other than being charged for OWI, Dupleasis is being charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid drivers license, reckless driving, failing to stop at a stop sign and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

The home owner, who did not want to be interviewed on camera, says he is not cleaning up the damage until his insurance company can take photos and document the scene. He says that there is at least $40,000 worth of damage.
