Element Mobile is scheduled to deliver 700 turkeys to five area food pantries Monday.
According to a press release, this is the third year that Element Mobile has distributed turkeys to community organizations, each year the number of turkeys keeps growing.
We’re happy to work with area support groups and provide turkeys for the holidays,” Jackie Shea, Element Mobile spokesperson says. “It is our hope that our contribution across Central Wisconsin will allow more families to come together during the holiday season.”
Element Mobile has purchased turkeys from the Copps grocery store in Wisconsin Rapids, and with the help of the Opportunity Development Center, will deliver turkeys to the Family Center in Wisconsin Rapids, Destiny's Point in Rudolph, Waupaca Food Pantry in Waupaca, Family Crisis Center in Stevens Point, and St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry in Marshfield.
