One hundred families in central Wisconsin will be given a turkey or gift card to get a turkey thanks to some diligence by area college students.

The Northcentral Technical College Criminal Justice Club has been collecting the Quality Foods IGA Turkey Stamps and has collected enough stamps to help area families have a Happy Thanksgiving.
Turkey Stamp program lets customers who collect 120 stamps redeem them for a $12 gift certificate or 10-12 pound turkey.

The public was also able to help out by placing turkey stamp in containers near the registers at the Rib Mountain IGA.
