A Merrill woman accused of running a meth lab is expected to make her first court appearance in Lincoln County on Thursday.
According to court documents, officers executed a search warrant at the 1300 block of Grand Avenue just after 5 a.m. on June 19.
Investigators seized numerous items related to the use and sale of meth, including a digital scale, small ziplock bags, syringes, and glass pipes.
The home's owner, Julie Chartier, 55, was arrested and is expected to be charged with maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of drug paphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce, or store methamphetamine, possession of meth, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She's also expected to be charged with one count of bail jumping as she's was out on bond for a previous possession of meth charge.
According to the police report, Chartier told investigators she used meth once or twice a day.
She's expected to head to trial in December for her previous meth case.
