Charges will not be filed against a man who unintentionally drove into Mosinee convenience store with his car when his foot slipped off the pedal.
The accident happened around 3:15 pm Saturday afternoon at the R-Store in Mosinee.
A worker inside was injured. The clerk was taken to Aspirus Hospital in Wausau. There is no word on their condition.
The damage inside demolished the cabinets and some of the computer equipment.
