Biden to Campaign Friday in Wisconsin

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Vice President Joe Biden will be campaigning in Wisconsin on Friday, the day after his debate with Janesville-native Paul Ryan.

President Barack Obama's campaign on Tuesday announced Biden's plans. Other details, including where he would be in the state, were not released.

The stop is a mirror of what Obama did last week, when he attracted 30,000 people on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus the day after his debate with Mitt Romney.

Biden was last in Wisconsin on Sept. 13 when he held a rally on the UW-Eau Claire campus.

Obama opened a double-digit lead on Romney in Wisconsin in September, but no public poll has been conducted since his widely panned debate against Romney.
