Badgers QB Philips Relishing Opportunity
With in all the hype around this game we need to take a second and talk about Wisconsin quarterback Curt Phillips.
The 5th year senior will be making only his 4th start for the Badgers in tomorrows game.
And get this...during last years Big Ten Championship game Phillips watched it at home from his couch in Tennessee. But the Badgers are ignoring the lack of experience and rallying around their quarterback.
Now this is pretty cool. Phillips is a very big Peyton Manning fan and head coach Bret Bielema said that the team put his stuff in Peyton's old locker which he got a big kick out of.
