Some packer football legends were down at the Wisconsin Valley Fair Friday spreading the word about a very worthy cause.
Bob Skoronski and Doug Hart were on the fairgrounds touting Lombardi legends, an organization that holds get-togethers between former players and the fans to raise money for local charities.
"The relationship is really strong everybody seems to be a friend between the player and the person and wherever we go, we're treated respectfully," said Hart.
The first event in the Wausau area will be at Dale's Weston Lanes on September 11.
