A giant work of local art that brings the beauty of the outside to the indoors is now complete.
La Crosse artists Mike Martino Friday put the finishing touches on a giant mural in the lobby of the North Central Health Care building in Wausau. Martino finished the project with the help of some local art students who volunteered their time.
It depicts Rib Mountain and Lake Wausau.
The mural is a joint effort between NCHC, the Mayor's Youth Action Council and the Leigh Yawkee Woodson Art Museum in Wausau.
