A La Crosse woman whose grandchildren died in a fire after officials say she left them alone now faces criminal charges.
Ter Moua is accused of two counts of child neglect.
Police say she left the two and three-year-old cousins alone while she went to work in April. The home later caught fire, killing the toddlers and destroying the home.
Moua has been released on a $5,000 bond. If she's convicted she faces a maximum 15 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
