Weston village officials threatened to yank the Alpine Trailer Park owner's license because of garbage, stray animals and buildings not being up to code.
But now, Village Administrator Dean Zuleger says they've gotten a letter from the owner. It details his plans to clean up the facility.
Zuleger says he inspected the park on Thursday and some of the clean-up steps have already been taken. He says he will recommend the village board give the park a one- provisional license. It will include quarterly inspections to make sure the park stays up to code.
The village board meets on Monday.
