Hail, heavy rain and high winds are to blame for damage done to a business in La Crosse.
There is no longer a roof over Pla-More Lanes in the city. Storms on Monday peeled the sheet metal roof right off the building and swept it off to a nearby street.
At the time about 30 children and their four teachers were inside. There is no basement under the alleys, so they huddled in a restroom during the storm.
Luckily, none of them were hurt.
