You may be looking up to see all those balloons, but if you're walking through downtown Wausau this weekend, make sure you look down too.
The annual 'Chalk it Up' festival is going on right now.
Artists of all ages and abilities were soaking up the sun today, taking part in what's turning out to be a very popular event.
"This needs to be something that's not only an annual event, but something that's more than that," said Jaimie Scharmer, Wausau artist. "Maybe every month would be great, because look at the people, they're everywhere!"
But the images won't stick around forever. The art will only last until the next rainfall.
