The second of two Lac du Flambeau men convicted of beating a man to death in Vilas County is scheduled to be sentenced on Monday.
Clinton Graveen pleaded no contest to a reduced charge of recklessly endangering safety in September in a plea deal with prosecutors.
Authorities say the 25-year-old, along with 28-year-old Brian Cross beat John Kintop to death outside a Lac du Flambeau bar in 2008.
Cross also reached a plea deal in the case and was sentenced to five years in prison.
Graveen is also set to be sentenced Monday for bail jumping and possession of drugs with intent to deliver.
