Artists are using paintbrushes to put the finishing touches on the lodge at Cedar Creek.
Mural designer Connie Kautza says the murals and sculptures inside the water park were inspired by historic scenes from across Marathon County.
"And we built on that basis to try and create a world that we can educate as well as try to look fun and interesting," said Kautza.
Kautza says the interior design was done entirely by Wisconsin-based artists.
The lodge at Cedar Creek and its indoor water park will be open by mid June.
