As our newspaper partner The Wausau Daily Herald first reported, an Old Navy clothing store is coming to Rib Mountain. The developer, Nova Construction of Green Bay, plan to start building in two weeks.
The location is between the Rib Mountain Greenhouse and Michael's arts and crafts store. Along with Old Navy, there will be a Pet Smart, and the discount retailer, Gordmans.
"The town board, including the planning commission, has worked to try to make the project go ahead dealing with traffic, water concerns, etc.," says Gaylene Rhoden, Rib Mountain Town Administrator.
After construction, there will still be room left to build another complex, which the developer says they're looking into.
