The Women of Vision awards were presented at the Rose Garden early Wednesday afternoon. Recipients are honored for going beyond the normal call of duty.
This year's winners are Heidi Evans, the late Susan Stoddard, and Peggy MacCarthy.
"It's just my life's ambition, I'm lucky to have a vehicle that I can do what I'm doing," says MacCarthy.
Wausau East student Denise Schuh was honored as a Woman of Tomorrow.
