Friends of Deanna Zuleger Scantlin packed into the court room to get their first look at the man who evaded police for almost a week after her disappearance.

Robinson is charged with theft and kidnapping. But he may eventually be charged with homicide. Police suspect him of murdering Scantlin, although they haven't found her body.

The district attorney says Robinson is an extreme flight risk and should be held with on a $1 million cash bond.

Robin also made petition to make sure detectives can no longer interview him. Now his attorney is the only one who can speak with him.

The District Attorney says she wants to wait for results from the crime lab and review more reports before she considers filing homicide charges.
