A Marshfield man is being charged with his sixth OWI following an accident early Tuesday morning.

The Marshfield News Herald reports a Marathon County Sheriff's deputy was driving behind 32-year-old Scott Miller on a rural road when the deputy saw the man's car leave the roadway and overturn.

Miller was not injured.

His preliminary blood alcohol level was .27

Miller is expected back in court for a preliminary hearing next week.
