A Marathon County Judge ruled in favor of Wisconsin Public Service in their battle to gain access to private land.
The power company wants to perform land surveys on private land for their controversial Arrowhead to Weston powerline.
WPS says they don't like having to take their customers to court, especially since they feel the powerline is in the best interest of everybody in the area.
WPS says they hope to complete the surveys in a few months.
