The driver of a semi truck is being blamed for an accident between his truck and a school bus in Portage County.
The accident happened a little before 10 p.m. Friday night at the intersection of Highway 54 and Interstate 39 in Plover when a semi driver failed to yield the right-of-way to the westbound bus.
The bus driver and seven passengers were injured and sent to St. Michael's Hospital. All were later released.
The truck driver wasn't hurt and was cited for failure to yield the right of way.
