The Neighbors Place Community Gardens on Wausau's west side only has one more harvest to go.
The city has agreed to sell the 37 acres the garden is located on to a developer.
Lokre Development is planning on building a $20 million condominium complex on the site.
The garden has been in existence since 1998, and the city lets Neighbors Place use it rent-free. The garden is divided into 200 individual plots, which are used by Wausau residents to grow vegetables.
City Councilman Aaron Baumgardt says they will try to find a new location for the garden.
