The woman who police say witnessed Shaun Rudy kill his wife, Christine, was sentenced in a Clayton County, Iowa courtroom for second-degree burglary charges.
Police say 19-year-old Heather Teschler and Rudy stole three firearms, electronics and about $5,000 worth of jewelry from a home in Guttenberg, Iowa on November 10th, 2005.
Meanwhile, Chippewa County District Attorney John Thiesen says he has not made a final decision on whether he'll charge Teschler in Chippewa County for dispensing of a corpse.
Teschler told police she helped Rudy dispose of evidence related to the murder.
Thiesen says Teschler served about eight months in jail...and is serving 18 months of probation as part of a plea deal for providing information in the case.
