Snow will develop throughout the morning hours and will occasionally be mixed with sleet and freezing rain for the southern portion of the area. Expect snow accumulations to be heaviest north of US Highway 8, where 6-12" of snow could fall. Expect 3"-6" of snow from highway 29 northward to US Highway 8, with lesser amounts mixed with freezing rain at times south of US Highway 10. Gusty winds will accompany the heavier precipitation at times throughout tonight and early tomorrow morning.

A developer wants to build a $20 million complex with 288 apartments and condos. It would sit up on the hill from the industrial park on the city's west side.
Several businesses in the park are opposed to the project. They fear a multi-family development will pose a number of safety threats, including kids near heavy truck traffic at the intersection of Stewart and 72 Avenue.
