The city council will vote on a controversial housing development on Wausau's west side.
A developer wants to build a $20 million complex with 288 apartments and condos. It would sit up on the hill from the industrial park on the city's west side.
Several businesses in the park are opposed to the project. They fear a multi-family development will pose a number of safety threats, including kids near heavy truck traffic at the intersection of Stewart and 72 Avenue.
