Thirty-two-year-old Shellie Talley was driving on a rural road in Minong, Wisconsin when she says Dale Robinson rear-ended her van.

Shellie says he tried to coax her out of her vehicle, but when that didn't work he became violent. She says her attacker smashed her window then grabbed her by the arm and shirt and tried to pull her from her van.

At the same time, he was trying to unlock her door.

It seemed her luck was running out on the empty road until a delivery van came along. Shellie says the driver stopped just ahead of her van, and she frantically yelled and motioned for him to come back.

She says that's when Dale Robinson ran off, got in his car and left.

Shellie Talley says she feels lucky to have escaped Dale Robinson.

Robinson is now in the Marathon County Jail. He is suspected of kidnapping and killing Deanna Zuleger Scantlin from the Town of Norrie just one week before his attack on Shellie Talley.
