A Wausau man will find out Monday how long he'll spend behind bars for a homicide conviction.

21-year-old Devin Felix is scheduled to be sentenced Monday morning in Marathon County Court.

He pleaded no contest to second degree intentional homicide in April.

Prosecutors reduced the charge from murder in the plea deal.

Police say Felix stabbed 18-year-old Nathaniel Davids after a fight erupted at a late night drinking party in Schofield in September of 2007.

He faces up to 60 years in prison.

Nate's mom and I have been friends for 33 yrs. Nate's family has been devastated by this crime. No remorse has been shown by the killer or his family. When you run out of a house with a knife screaming you are going to kill someone and then you do, that is Intentional Murder. He is getting off lightly.
