The 25-year-old Plover woman accused of taking part in a murder-for-hire plot is expected back in court.
Linda Dietze is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing in Portage County court.
In May, the woman pleaded not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect.
Carlos Cummings and Carla Glodowski are also charged with attempted murder in the incident last november.
Police say Dietze was hired to shoot Carla's husband James, so Carla and Cummings could run away together.
James Glodowski survived the shooting.
