Suspects Charged in Connection to Motel Death Expected to Return to Court June 30th

32-year old Heather Reuterskiold of Point and 29-year old Philip Burke of Warrensburg, MO are charged with delivering prescription medications. Authorities say they were arrested after a Florida man was found dead at a motel Thursday morning.
Portage County Coroner Scott Rifleman says officers were called to the Blue Top Motel on Church Street at about 8am. They found 32-year old Gary Loar, a traveling salesman from Florida not breathing.
Rifleman says the cause of death is pending toxicology results, which will take about three weeks to get back. He says there were no visible signs of trauma, like gunshot wounds, to the body.
Officers say their investigation lead them to Reuterskiold and Burke.
The judge set bond for the two at $10,000 cash during a court hearing Friday morning.
The two are scheduled to return for preliminary hearings June 30th, 2009.

I was there when it happened...SHE didn't do anything..it was Pil that SOLD the drugs to Mikey.. KNOWING that Mikey had taken many already, and had been drinking, as well...HE needs to pay.. my heart goes out to all of Mikey's friends and relatives...he and I had been friends for several years...he was a good soul...would give you the shirt off his back, without question...true...he should have know better..but being under the influince, his FRIEND, Phil, should have atleast TRIED to stop him, instead, he SOLD the pills to Mikey. Mikey died so that someone could make a couple bucks... that's the long and short of it!

To Terri Moore, i strongly disagree with ur statement..i understand that ur brother was killed and i am sorry about ur lost, but all because a woman gave something to ur brother doesn't mean she has a drug history, and all because ur brother was intoxicated no one made him take something he should not of had. It doesn't matter if ur intoxicated or not if u take stuff u shouldn't take being drunk i am sure he took things when he was not drunk.

This was my brother that she killed. This woman has a history of drug charges and she should have been locked up a long time ago to keep this exact thing from happening! Granted, my brother was intoxicated at the time, but wouldn't that tell you NOT to give them something that would kill them?? I am personally attending her sentencing hearing. This woman needs to FRY!
