Minocqua Student Advances to Final Round of National Geographic Bee
Vansh Jain from Minocqua has advanced to the final round of the 2009 National Geographic Bee. Vansh is a top 10 finalist, from a field of 55 state-level winners.

Vansh Jain from Minocqua has advanced to the final round of the 2009 National Geographic Bee. Vansh is a top 10 finalist, from a field of 55 state-level winners.
Vansh will compete for a $25,000 college scholarship and a trip to the Galapagos Islands with Bee moderator Alex Trebek.
The finals are Wednesday, May 20th in Washington D.C. The round can be seen on the National Geographic Channel at 4:00 PM Wednesday.
